Our story
Built from the shore side inwards
From hotels and transport to full port agency
Most agencies start at the quay and add shore services later. We came at it from the other direction. Since 2013 our group companies have run hotels and ground transport around Istanbul Airport, moving crews, superintendents and technicians long before we held an agency licence.
When we founded Forever Shipping in 2023, that experience became the foundation. We already knew what a crew change looks like when a flight lands at 03:40 and the vessel sails at 09:00. We already had the vehicles, the rooms and the people who answer the phone at that hour.
Today we attend vessels in sixteen ports across the Marmara, the Turkish Straits, the Aegean, the Mediterranean and the Black Sea — as full agents, protective agents and transit agents. The shore-side services that other agencies outsource are still ours.

Third-party invoices are attached to the disbursement account unchanged. Our fee is the only line we set.

You send the vessel particulars, port and dates. We come back with an itemised proforma disbursement account and a named operator.
Same working day

Pre-arrival & clearance
Notices to the harbour master, customs, health and terminal. Berth prospects, pilotage booking and ISPS declarations are filed before the vessel is in sight.

Arrival & berthing
Boarding on arrival, free pratique, pilotage and towage coordination, and a berthing report the moment the first line is ashore.
On arrival

Operations & crew
Cargo operations, crew change, supplies, spares and medical cases run in parallel, with a written update at every shift change.
