Transfers look like the simplest part of a call until a flight lands at 03:40 and nobody is holding a name board. Our transfer desk runs on the same 24/7 rota as our operations desk, and the vehicles are part of the group rather than a subcontract.
What is included
Every fare covers a licensed vehicle with a professional driver, tolls, parking and terminal access. Drivers hold the port entry permissions required at the destination, so a crew is not left at a gate because paperwork is missing.
Flight tracking
We track inbound flights and adjust the pick-up automatically. Ordinary delays do not incur waiting charges — the clock starts from the actual landing time, not the schedule.
Beyond the crew run
Superintendents between yards, surveyors on a tight window, spare parts collections from cargo terminals, and shore leave runs where the port allows them. If it moves people or small freight by road, it is on the same desk.
What the service covers
Airport transfers
Istanbul, Sabiha Gökçen, İzmir, Adana and regional airports to any port we serve.
Port and yard runs
Gangway to gate, between terminals and between shipyards, with the required access permits.
Hotel shuttles
Round-the-clock shuttles between our airport hotel and the vessel or terminal.
Group movements
Full crew changes of twenty or more, coordinated as a convoy with a supervisor on the road.
Courier runs
Documents, cash to master, small spares and medical items moved between city and quay.
Standby vehicles
A vehicle and driver held at the port for the duration of the call where the operation needs it.
