What this estimate covers
Handling fees per crew member, port entry passes, airport and port transfers by the required number of vehicles, hotel nights at our group rate, meals, visas or letters of guarantee, launch boat where the change happens at anchorage, and an escort officer.
What it does not cover
Flight tickets, medical examinations, PCR or other testing, and overtime charges levied by authorities outside working hours. These are quoted separately because they depend on third parties.
A note on timing
The cost of a crew change is fairly predictable; the cost of a failed one is not. If your window is tight, tell us — a day of buffer and a flexible hotel booking cost far less than rebooking flights for a full crew.
