Purpose of this text

This clarification text is issued under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and explains how Forever Shipping Denizcilik ve Turizm A.Ş., as data controller, processes personal data.

Categories of data subject

Website visitors. Technical data and any information submitted through forms.

Client representatives. Contact details processed to manage the commercial relationship and deliver services.

Seafarers. Identity, travel and, where a specific case requires it, health data processed to complete port, immigration and crew change formalities.

Job applicants. Application data processed to assess suitability, retained for a limited period and then deleted.

Method and legal grounds

Data is collected electronically through this website, by e-mail and through documents provided in the course of a call. It is processed on the grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, including the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and, where required, explicit consent.

Transfers

Data is transferred to public authorities where a statutory filing requires it and to service providers to the extent necessary to deliver the service requested. Transfers abroad are made only in accordance with Article 9 of the Law.

Applications under Article 11 may be made in writing to our registered address or by e-mail to info@forevershipping.com, together with information sufficient to identify you.
