Crews rarely arrive at a convenient hour. Because the hotel is part of our group, a room can be held for a flight that lands at four in the morning without arguing about check-in policy, and released without penalty if the berth moves forward.

Minutes from Istanbul Airport, with 24-hour reception, restaurant service outside standard hours and shuttle links to the terminal and to the port. Rooms are contracted at group rates for crews, superintendents and technicians on our files.
Elsewhere in the network
For calls at Aliağa, İzmir, Mersin, İskenderun or the Black Sea ports we contract hotels close to the terminal and inspect them before we put crews there. The billing still comes through the disbursement account rather than leaving the master to settle it.
