About the role
Most crew movements land outside office hours. This role runs the transfer desk overnight: dispatching drivers, tracking flights, adjusting pick-ups and keeping vessels and offices informed in writing.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and monitor vehicles across the network
- Track inbound flights and adjust pick-up timings
- Confirm arrivals to vessels and to client offices
- Escalate delays and incidents to the duty operator
- Maintain accurate records for the disbursement account
What we look for
- Good spoken and written English
- Comfortable working night shifts on a rota
- Clear communicator under time pressure
- Previous dispatch, hotel or airport operations experience welcome
