About the role
Crew changes fail on timing. In this role you own the plan — nationalities, visas, flights, port passes, hotels and vehicles — and you are the person who reworks it when a flight is delayed or a berth moves.
Responsibilities
- Build written crew change plans with timings and contingencies
- Confirm visa requirements by nationality and arrange letters of guarantee
- Apply for port entry passes and file crew list amendments
- Coordinate hotels, transfers and launch boats
- Attend crew changes at ports and anchorages
- Handle medical cases and repatriation arrangements
What we look for
- Experience in crew logistics, manning or travel operations
- Fluent English; Russian an advantage
- Calm under schedule pressure and comfortable with out-of-hours calls
- Strong attention to documentation detail
